Fomiigo Anti-Counterfeiting Policy
Fomiigo is operated by PRISMISLE CO., LIMITED. We do not accept goods that we know, or reasonably suspect, are counterfeit, pirated, unauthorized copies or infringe trademarks, copyright, patents, designs or other intellectual-property rights. This Policy applies to Fomiigo product search, procurement assistance, warehouse handling and international forwarding coordination.
Fomiigo is not the brand owner or an authorized dealer merely because a third-party product is displayed. Standard warehouse photographs and basic checks are not professional authentication. Product visibility, successful procurement or warehouse receipt is not a guarantee of authenticity, authorization or fitness for sale.
1. Prohibited conduct
Customers, sellers and partners must not use Fomiigo to:
- procure, store or ship goods bearing forged marks, packaging, security labels, certifications or origin information;
- handle unauthorized copies of software, media, books, artwork, designs, moulds or other protected works;
- remove, conceal or replace brands, serial numbers, labels or rights information to disguise origin;
- evade review through terms such as “replica,” “mirror quality” or “same factory,” or through split orders, substituted links, images or false declarations; or
- submit false authorizations, invoices, purchase records, authentication reports or rights-owner notices.
2. Prevention and review
Fomiigo may assess product names, images, price, category, brand terms, supplier and source data, transaction patterns, destination and human-review findings. For unusually low-priced branded goods, unclear inventory, repeat infringement signals or other high-risk cases, we may require an authorization chain, invoices, purchase records, current photographs, serial numbers or other authenticity evidence.
Controls cannot identify every infringement. An item not being blocked does not mean Fomiigo has authenticated it or confirmed brand authorization. Customers must use trustworthy sources and verify their rights to purchase, import and resell.
3. Rights-owner notices
A rights owner or authorized representative may send a notice to support@fomiigo.com. Please include:
- the complainant's name, contact details and authority to act, where applicable;
- the right asserted, registration number or other ownership evidence;
- the product link, order number, images and a specific explanation of the alleged infringement;
- a good-faith statement that the information is accurate and the sender may act for the owner; and
- an electronic or handwritten signature.
We may request missing information. To resolve a notice, we may share the complainant's identity, claim and supporting material with the relevant customer, seller, service provider or competent authority. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
4. Action after a notice
After a reasonably complete notice or credible infringement signal, Fomiigo may, based on risk and applicable law:
- restrict display, quotation, procurement or payment;
- suspend warehouse processing, consolidation or dispatch and isolate the goods;
- request authenticity, authorization or lawful-source evidence;
- cancel the order, assist a supplier return or act under lawful rights-owner or authority directions;
- restrict or terminate service for repeat or deliberate infringement; and
- preserve necessary records and cooperate with payment providers, carriers, customs, law-enforcement or courts.
We consider evidence strength, item status, urgency, legal requirements and the legitimate interests of all parties. We do not dispose of customer property solely on a clearly irrelevant, malicious or unverifiable notice.
5. Customer response and reinstatement
A customer who believes goods were restricted in error may write to support@fomiigo.com with the order number, identity and contact information, supplier invoice, brand authorization, current photographs, serial number and other source evidence, explaining why the goods do not infringe.
We may verify the response with the complainant or relevant service providers. Processing may resume where the law permits and risk is reasonably resolved. Restrictions may remain where review is incomplete, evidence conflicts or law or carrier rules still prohibit handling. Our review is not a final court, customs or brand-owner determination of authenticity or ownership.
6. Costs, remedies and responsibility
Return, storage, authentication, destruction, penalties, claims and other costs caused by counterfeit goods, infringement or false materials are allocated under applicable law and responsibility. This Policy does not exclude Fomiigo's liability for its own fault or restrict lawful consumer or rights-owner remedies.
If a customer purchases a separately described authentication service, its scope and evidentiary effect follow that order. Basic photographs, quantity checks and visible-condition checks are not authentication services.
7. Updates and contact
We may update this Policy as laws, platform, payment, customs, carrier and risk conditions change. Material changes will be notified as applicable and will not silently alter the basic rights and duties of an existing order retroactively.
Send notices, responses or questions to support@fomiigo.com and identify the subject as “IP Notice,” “Anti-Counterfeiting Review” or “Authenticity Question.”
