Fomiigo Privacy Policy

PRISMISLE CO., LIMITED operates Fomiigo and is responsible for personal data used for the website, app, procurement assistance, warehouse handling and international forwarding. Registered office: ROOM 803-A02, 8TH FLOOR, HENRY CENTRE, 9-15 BUTE STREET, MONG KOK, HONG KONG.

1. Data we collect

Depending on the service, we process account and contact data; age confirmation; recipient, address and customs data; product, supplier, order and quotation data; parcel identifiers, weights, dimensions, photographs and warehouse instructions; payment method, amount, currency, order number, refund and chargeback status; support communications; device, network, security and log data; and consent or policy-version records.

Payment card numbers, CVV, PayPal passwords and payment credentials are normally collected directly by the payment provider and should not be stored by Fomiigo unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We use necessary data to create and secure accounts, answer enquiries, form and perform orders, procure goods, identify and store parcels, provide visual checks and value-added work, calculate freight, arrange carriers, prepare customs documents, process payments and refunds, prevent fraud, meet accounting and legal duties, handle complaints and protect legal rights. Where consent is legally required, including for non-essential advertising tracking, it must be requested separately and may be withdrawn.

3. Advertising and cookies

Necessary storage may support login, language, security and requested features. Advertising identifiers, campaign parameters and conversion events for Meta, TikTok or Google must remain disabled until valid consent is obtained where required. Refusing or withdrawing non-essential tracking must not block basic registration, ordering, payment, warehouse or forwarding services.

4. Sharing and international transfers

Only necessary data may be shared with disclosed 1688/Alibaba sources, sellers and suppliers; warehouse operators; domestic and international carriers; customs, tax and clearance parties; PayPal, Paystack, ONERWAY, Wise and the payment providers shown at checkout; cloud, email, messaging, customer-service, security and analytics providers; professional advisers; and authorities when lawfully required.

Data may be processed in mainland China, Hong Kong and destination or service-provider countries. We apply the notices, separate consent, contracts, security reviews and transfer mechanisms required by applicable law. A recipient may not use data for unrelated purposes.

5. Retention and security

Data is retained only for the period needed for the stated purpose and applicable transaction, tax, customs, payment, network-security, dispute and record-keeping duties. It is then deleted or anonymized unless law permits or requires longer retention. We use access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups, vendor controls and incident response, but no system is completely risk-free.

6. Your rights

Subject to local law, users may request access, a copy, correction, completion, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, marketing opt-out, account closure, or an explanation of processing. Requests may be sent to support@fomiigo.com. We may verify identity and will not charge unreasonable fees. Account closure requires outstanding orders, parcels, refunds and wallet balances to be handled first.

7. Minors and updates

Fomiigo is not available to persons under 18 and does not offer guardian registration for minors. We do not knowingly request children's personal data. Material policy changes will be announced and, where required, renewed consent will be obtained. This policy works together with the Terms of Service and other legal pages.

8. Hong Kong Privacy Protection Notice

PRISMISLE CO., LIMITED is incorporated in Hong Kong. For personal data connected with Hong Kong, we comply with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) (PDPO) and its six Data Protection Principles. We collect personal data lawfully, fairly and only to the extent necessary for the purposes stated in this Policy; take reasonably practicable steps to maintain accuracy; and delete or anonymize data when it is no longer required for the stated purpose, legal retention, audit or dispute.

We do not use personal data for a new incompatible purpose unless permitted by law or the required consent is obtained. Before using personal data for direct marketing, we will provide the information and obtain the consent required by the PDPO. You may opt out of direct marketing at any time without charge.

We use proportionate technical and organizational security measures and require service providers, including providers outside Hong Kong, to protect data through contractual and oversight measures. Transfers described in Sections 4 and 5 do not reduce the protections stated in this Policy.

An eligible individual may request confirmation of whether we hold their personal data, access to a copy, and correction of inaccurate data. Send requests to support@fomiigo.com with the subject “Hong Kong Data Access/Correction Request.” We may verify identity, will respond within the period required by the PDPO, and will give notice before charging any reasonable, non-excessive access fee. We will explain any lawful refusal and available complaint route. You may also complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data, Hong Kong.
