Fomiigo Prohibited Items Statement

This Statement explains which items must not be submitted, and which items require prior review, when using Fomiigo product search, procurement assistance, warehouse handling or international forwarding coordination. Fomiigo is operated by PRISMISLE CO., LIMITED.

This is not an exhaustive compilation of every country, customs authority or carrier rule. Search visibility, seller acceptance, successful payment or warehouse receipt does not mean an item is legal, approved, transportable or importable. The stricter applicable law, authority or actual-carrier rule controls.

1. Items we prohibit

You must not use Fomiigo to procure, deliver, store, process or ship:

• illegal narcotics, controlled drugs or related materials and equipment;
• weapons, firearms or critical components, ammunition, explosives, detonators, fireworks or devices intended to cause serious injury;
• highly toxic, infectious, corrosive, radioactive or otherwise unlawfully traded dangerous substances;
• counterfeit currency, securities, identity documents or seals, and stolen or unlawfully obtained property;
• cash, including banknotes and coins, cash equivalents and bank cards;
• drones;
• child sexual abuse material, unlawful sexual content, terrorist propaganda or other prohibited publications and media;
• counterfeit, pirated, unauthorized-copy or other intellectual-property-infringing goods;
• unlawfully traded or exported cultural property, endangered species products, human organs or remains;
• items owned, controlled, supplied or received by sanctioned parties, or used to evade sanctions, export controls or customs rules; and
• any other item prohibited at origin, in transit, at destination or by the selected carrier.

2. Restricted items requiring prior approval

The following are not prohibited in every case, but may need a specific route, packaging, labels, licence, test report, ingredient list, brand authorization or Fomiigo's written approval before procurement or warehouse delivery:

• lithium batteries, battery-powered equipment, power banks and strong magnets;
• liquids, powders, pastes, aerosols, compressed gases, flammables and chemicals;
• food, beverages, alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes and related accessories;
• medicines, supplements, cosmetics, medical devices and biological materials;
• seeds, plants, wood, soil, animals and animal or plant products;
• radio transmitters, encryption equipment, dual-use goods and export-controlled technology;
• precious metals, jewellery and other high-value items;
• knives, replica weapons, adult products and other age- or licence-controlled goods; and
• branded goods, collectibles or products whose authenticity or authority to sell cannot be verified.

Before ordering or pre-alerting a parcel, accurately disclose its name, brand, model, materials, ingredients, quantity, value, intended use and sensitive attributes such as batteries or liquids. A seller's assurance or a previous shipment of a similar product is not approval for the current shipment.

3. Screening and action

Fomiigo may use keywords, images, categories, product attributes, order value, data source, destination, payment controls, route rules and human review. We may request invoices, current photographs, safety or ingredient information, permits, authorizations and end-use details.

Where an item appears prohibited, restricted, misdeclared or cannot be verified, we may, as permitted by law:

1. decline search assistance, quotation, procurement, payment or receipt;
2. isolate the parcel and suspend unpacking, consolidation or dispatch;
3. withdraw an unsuitable route and require an approved route or documents;
4. return, surrender or lawfully dispose of the item under seller, carrier or authority instructions; and
5. preserve relevant records and report to payment providers, carriers or competent authorities when legally required.

Except for urgent safety risks or where return is unlawful, we will make reasonable efforts to tell the customer why action was taken and what options are available. Actual return, storage, testing or disposal costs are allocated according to responsibility and applicable law. This Statement does not exclude Fomiigo's liability for its own fault.

4. No evasion

Customers must not conceal sensitive attributes, use false links or images, split orders, rename or repackage items, request under-declaration or misdescription, hide items in parcels, use another person's account or otherwise bypass product, payment, warehouse, export-control, customs or carrier review. We may suspend the affected service and restrict accounts involved in repeated or deliberate violations.

5. Customer duties and changing rules

Customers must check purchase, possession, export, transit and import requirements and provide complete, truthful information. Fomiigo's basic warehouse check is not dangerous-goods testing, product certification or a customs-clearance guarantee.

Rules may change without notice. Route restrictions, packaging and documents shown before payment or dispatch apply to the order, subject to later lawful changes by authorities or carriers.

6. Questions, reports and review

Before payment or warehouse delivery, send questions to support@fomiigo.com with the product link, photographs, ingredients or materials, quantity, destination and intended use.

If you believe an order was blocked in error, request human review at the same address and provide the order number and evidence. The same address accepts reports of suspected prohibited items. We handle report information under our Privacy Policy and provide an outcome where the law permits.
